The XWE was founded in March of 2002 in Logan Ohio. During 2003 - 2007 the XWE ran weekly shows at many different buildings around Logan, providing a unique entertainment expierence and making a name for itself among the Logan community.

 

The XWE had some moments where they were in-between buildings and didn't hold any shows. In 2007, the XWE Expierenced what everyone thought to be the closure and last round of the XWE. The XWE put on it's last POST ERA event in December of 2007. Many XWE talent went their own ways and did their own thing as many assumed this was the last of the XWE, but it proved to only be a small hiccup in the success of the XWE.​​

 

In March of 2010, XWE held what was suppose to of been the FINAL XWE Show in history, FINAL SHOWDOWN. The fan response and chants at the conclussion of the show inspired a new and improved XWE that you currently see today.​

 

XWE has been running shows out of Hocking College since April of 2011. XWE has built a great relationship with Hocking College, Nelsonville-York School District, and Logan-Hocking School District... offering special discounted tickets for students at each event.
